2. Add a new note or Edit/Delete an existing note

OBSERVED RESULTS
=============
The whole page blinks.

EXPECTED RESULTS
=============
Only the modified note's background should be changed.
Maybe it should turn yellow or red for 1 sec then gradually
change back to normal
